1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
ACEHUB TECHNOLOGIES LTD enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on the Soulvia platform.
- Any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of children
- Uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any activity that promotes or facilitates harm to minors
Violations lead to immediate removal, permanent account termination, and escalation to appropriate authorities.
2. Age Restriction & Platform Protection
- Soulvia is strictly for users 18 years and above
- Age confirmation is required during onboarding
- Underage or suspected minor accounts are removed immediately
- Reports involving minors are prioritised and investigated urgently
3. Reporting & In-App Safety Tools
Soulvia provides in-app mechanisms that allow users to:
- Report abusive or inappropriate content
- Flag suspected CSAE or underage users
- Block users
- Submit safety complaints directly within the app
All reports are reviewed by our moderation and safety team.

Soulvia (com.socialng.app) hereby declares that:
- In-App User Feedback: Soulvia has an in-app mechanism that allows users to report content, flag violations, block users, and submit safety complaints directly within the app.
- Method for Addressing CSAM: When CSAM is detected or reported, Soulvia immediately removes the content, permanently bans the user account, preserves evidence as required by law, and escalates to appropriate authorities including NAPTIP.
- Legal Compliance: Soulvia complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including Nigeria’s Child Rights Act (2003) and Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act (2015).
4. Handling CSAM & Legal Compliance (Nigeria)
If CSAM is detected or reported:
- Content is immediately removed
- The user account is permanently banned
- Evidence is preserved where legally required
- Reports are escalated in accordance with Nigerian law
